Review policy

Reviews help you choose. So that you can trust them, here is how they work.

Who can write a review

• Only customers who ordered a piece and received it can review it. Each review shows "Verified purchase".
• One review per piece per customer. You can edit or delete yours at any time from Reviews in your account.
• We never pay for reviews, reward them or write them ourselves.

How we check reviews

We read every review before it appears, usually within a few working days, and check only that it follows the rules below. The star rating plays no part in the decision: we publish negative reviews just as we publish positive ones.

What we don't publish

We don't publish a review, or we remove it, if it:

• contains insults, hate speech, harassment or obscene language
• shares personal information, such as phone numbers, addresses or other people's names
• advertises, contains links or repeats the same text
• isn't about the piece itself (for example, only about delivery or a delay: please contact us instead, so we can help)
• doesn't describe your own experience with the piece

If we don't publish your review, your account tells you why. You can edit it and send it again.

Ratings

The average rating and the number of reviews on each product page count every published review. We don't hide, reorder or weight reviews by their rating. You can sort them yourself by newest, highest or lowest rating.

Our replies

We may reply publicly to a review, for example to answer a question or put a problem right. We never edit what you wrote.

Reporting a review

If you think a published review breaks these rules, choose "Report" under it. We check every report against this policy.

Your data

Your review shows your first name and the initial of your last name. If you delete your account, your reviews are deleted too. Our privacy policy explains the rest.
